
- 1 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Melted Coconut oil/spread
- 1 Tablespoon Decaf Coffee / Cereal Coffee
- 2-4 Tablespoons Sweetener ( I found Icing Sugar works the best)
Place glass bowl on top of a pot with boiling water, or a Pyrex Jug in a pot of boiling water.
Add coconut oil and melt
Sift in Cocoa powder and stir well into oil
Add coffee powder
Add sweetener
Stir to avoid lumps.
Spoon into chocolate molds or in ice-cube trays.
Chill in freezer for a half hour.
Keep in Fridge thereafter.
