
Recipe:
- 4 cups white cake flour
- 500g Margarine / Butter
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Mix:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (white grape)
Sift all dry ingredients, and crumb margarine into flour. Add Milk mixture.
Mix till all ingredients are well mixed. Roll out on a floured surface.
You can cut into circles to make individual pies (half-moon).
Or make 1 big pie with base and top. (as seen in picture).
In the above picture I made a lentil and mung bean mixture as a filling.
