
- 1 cup seeds (the picture shows 3 different cracker breads, where 3 different seeds were used. Pumpkin, Sunflower, Sesame. I blend ½ the seeds and leave ½ whole.)
- 1 cup wholewheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika (I use Spanish Smoked Paprika from Woolworths; you can use any other spices of choice)
- ¾ cup of hot water
Mix all the dry ingredients first. Add water and oil and knead till mixed. Roll out dough on a floured surface. If dough tends to stick to rolling pin, then cover dough with baking paper or a sandwich packet and then use rolling pin to roll out. Cut out into shapes. And bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Please note that you know your oven temperatures, so adjust accordingly. I use my air-fryer to bake with.
