Alternative Cabbage

Quantity depends on you.  Ingredients can be steamed or fried.  I fried for this photograph

  • Cabbage
  • Spinach
  • Apple
  • Onion – optional
  • Salt
  • Herbs – optional
  • Soya sauce – optional

Fry onion, cabbage and spinach, when cabbage is a glassy colour, add grated apple and fry for a short period of time.

Add a small drop of soy sauce – too much will discolor the food.
