- Cabbage
- Spinach
- Apple
- Onion – optional
- Salt
- Herbs – optional
- Soya sauce – optional
Fry onion, cabbage and spinach, when cabbage is a glassy colour, add grated apple and fry for a short period of time.
Add a small drop of soy sauce – too much will discolor the food.
