- 2 kg Fresh Tomatoes
- 1 Large Onion
- 2/4 Cup Vinegar – white
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Chilies Flakes
- 2 Large cloves Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Herbs if you want: Basil and Cilantro make good additions
Blend all of the above – Then put in a pot on stove, and heat, slowly stirring to avoid burning.
Taste – if you think it needs extra flavoring – feel free.
Mix a little maizina/corn starch with water if you want to thicken the tomato sauce.
