Vegetable broth offers numerous health benefits due to its rich nutrient profile and potential therapeutic properties. Vegetable broth is best made from the skins of vegetables. Any vegetable that you are going to cook a meal with – save the skins!!!!

Wash vegetables off with fresh clean water, peel the skins and store in freezer till you have enough. Here are some key advantages:
